Add page to manage timeseries and templates #403
Description
With new features, users get more options to upload and re-use certain assets such as Timeseries or by creating custom Asset templates. With this, there should also be a management page implemented where the user can see all of their uploaded timeseries / created templates, edit and/or delete them.
