Scenariodata validation fails due to missing header "type"

Quick fixed in production, but should be analyzed!
Function scenario.validate_scenario_data() fails due to column "type" in resource "oed_scalars" in data/datapackage.json.
Happend with scenario "code_exposed_fig_1" (filter "code_exposed_fig_1").
This is strange, as scenarios seemed to be working...
Must check that fix does not corrupt older/other scenario data (having column "type" in place)

This might lead to an error when loading "code_exposed_fig1". When loading, only GENESYS-MOD is showing and none of the other FW.
The same applies for the code_exposed_fig2 & code_exposed_fig3.
Could also be that the ID's haven been deleted on the OEP? That would be strange though.
