Create Skeleton/Navigation for the 3 leifdown views #4
leifdown will be a react app that mainly just exports it's 3 views to be used/imported into other projects. For our purposes we will need all possible views displayed. This will need to utilize react-tabs to be able to display the initial views "edit, preview, and display"
