Convert HSV object to string

I noticed the API has

toHex(), toRgb(), toHsl() and to toHsv().

Furthermore:

toHRgbString() and toHslString(), but why no toHsvString() function?

I guess it has been forgotten to add it here?

Added in @colordx/core:

colordx('#ff0000').toHsvString() // 'hsv(0, 100%, 100%)'
colordx('rgba(255, 0, 0, 0.5)').toHsvString() // 'hsva(0, 100%, 100%, 0.5)'

Note that HSV has no CSS spec, so the format follows the same convention as hsl()/hsla()
