In for example https://ome.github.io/ome-ngff-validator/?source=https://uk1s3.embassy.ebi.ac.uk/idr/zarr/v0.5/idr0062A/6001240_labels.zarr, there is no "ome" > "version" field in the labels/zarr.json file, so I would expect the validator to raise an error. I suspect this might be an issue in the jsonschemas that the validator uses, but opening here because it's still a bug with the validator even if the real fix lies in fixing the schemas.
