Use localization platform

Why don't you use localization platforms like Weblate, Tolgee, Accent, Lokalise, Smartling, Phrase, Locize, Crowdin, Wordbee, POEditor, Smartcat? I think the first three platforms can be used for free as a self-hosted service. Using these platforms makes localization simpler than dealing with a haml file, especially for RTL languages like Persian and Arabic.
