Publish source code of pages

There's `database/sinai.html` file that contains (imo) contents of manpage converted to html page.

Also, imo the situation is very similar with `database/man/` path.

It would be very helpful if you added these files as manpages to this repo or somewhere, so it would be easier to contribute.
