Include Documents templates?

Should this repository include the documents templates found in the StudyRepoTemplate repository? For example, the README.md file states that the Protocol "is expected to be a document in the study repository itself". But there isn't an example or template provided. On the other hand, the StudyRepoTemplate repository has Documents/Protocol.Rmd which looks like a good template. Those files haven't been updated for 2 years but they seem to be good

Could the entire StudyRepoTemplate Documents directory be included in this repository?

Thanks @enbrown for this question - completely agree that this template should contain the protocol for the example study that is located in inst/sampleStudy/sampleStudyAnalysisSpecification.json. Additionally, we can make use of the ProtocolGenerator package to generate the protocol for any new study defined using Strategus so perhaps we should add a script to this template to assist in that step of the study process.

If someone would like to put together this code, I'd be happy to review. Otherwise I'll aim to do this in a subsequent update to this template.
