Feature Request: add WinTop from Microsoft PowerToys

Hi again 😄 do you think it could be relevant to add WinTop from Microsoft PowerToys?
It is a tool like Windows XP task manager allowing to check CPU usage per process

I installed it from Windows 98 Update CD (Release 2.13) - with Updates\Pkg\Extract\Wintop\Wintop.inf

Note: it has still less features than Sysinternals ProcessExplorer (but weights ~40 KB instead of ~550 KB)

This tool can also be added to Start Menu with Updates\Bin\Inf\Wintop.inf

i also think that process explorer should be added too...

maybe a second/supplemental directory with old, userful, compatible apps essential for 9x? that could be left out of the cd but included in dvd/img? autoruns, glexcess, process explorer, wintop, erunt, ntregopt, daemon tools 3.47, scitech display doctor 7, xbox360win98driv, restart_in_ms-dos_mode.pif from Phil, and many many other apps?

this could become the ultimate win9x install software collection...

Hello, as much as I'd like to add everything out there, I really need to confine the reference image to fit inside a single CD-R boundary, and also curate what's really an essential tool. I can never satisfy everyone's needs and that's okay :)

We're standing at just 6-7 MB of free space on one of the images, and I'd rather use those for drivers instead of software

I'll look at adding WinTop in one of the upcoming releases!
