Add VirtualBox video drivers and vbmouse.drv

Unless I'm mistaken QuickInstall doesn't include any drivers for VirtualBox. It might be nice if they were automatically installed if QuickInstall detects it's running under VirtualBox.

Michal Necasek has a Windows 9x display driver available at https://www.os2museum.com/files/boxv9x.img (via https://www.os2museum.com/wp/windows-9x-video-minidriver-hd/ )

There's also a Windows 3.x mouse driver (vbmouse.drv) for VirtualBox that also works in Windows 9x, at https://git.javispedro.com/cgit/vbados.git/about/

SoftGPU is much better than that driver, for me it would get in the way if he picked this one.

I will do this after compression is implemented, because the softGPU driver is huge :P

Maybe using Michal Necasek's driver isn't such a bad idea if including SoftGPU would otherwise bloat the ISO.
It's also possible some VirtualBox users might not want SoftGPU installed since as far as I can tell Michal's driver works just fine for non-gaming apps. But I've no strong opinion either way.

The 2D only portion of SoftGPU is available separately as VmDisp9x and is under 600k (300k compressed): https://github.com/JHRobotics/vmdisp9x
It's an improved version of Michal Necasek's driver and is the best option I've found for Vmware and Virtualbox. Vmware's own SVGA driver had problems with scrolling not updating some window regions or copying them at the wrong offset.
I don't recommend installing it by default on real hardware though as it's OK on most Intel graphics but much more sluggish than the BearWindows driver on AMD/Nvidia. To the point it could take 2 minutes to paint welcome.exe over a desktop wallpaper. Still wouldn't be too much of a burden to include it in driver.ext and then the rest of SoftGPU can be installed afterwards if needed.
