Support tiling display combined with portions of the skeleton and dual skeleton nets

Add "show net" and "show dual net" check-boxes in the tiling settings dialog. Also provide new dialog elements for setting the colors of vertices and edges in the dual net. Allow all available net editing options for both nets if active.
