PR's since late April have been generating a Sphinx build error:  It doesn't seem to impact the final build once the PR is merged, though. I can't tell from the job log (eg, [this one](https://github.com/oceanhackweek/oceanhackweek.github.io/actions/runs/15642817772/job/44073979160)) what exactly is causing the error, though it happens right after the link check task.
