Default sample path is not coherent with dotenv-safe default sample path

Default sample path in webpack-dotenv-plugin is .env.default whereas it's .env.example in dotenv-safe.

@alexstrat Ergh, I've named it "sample", not "example". My eyes, the goggles do nothing. Will come back to address to keep them consistent (renaming to "sample" just synced it with the variable name).
