Migrate To vim.pack

Since the stable release for neovim v0.12 is right around the corner, it would be nice to add an example for vim.pack (the new native package manager) to https://github.com/nvim-tree/nvim-tree.lua/wiki/Installation :)

That is just great news! I've been waiting years for this one.

I'd be most grateful if you could add some instructions to the wiki.

• update nvt-min.lua

vim.pack should be documented as the supported plugin manager, with best effort support provided for others until v0.12 is the n-2 supported version.
