NGL.js Update

Hiya and thanks for the amazing package!

I've recently realised that trying to import .cif files or call any PDB numbers that don't have a legacy PDB file associated aren't able to be visualised. I noticed that by updating the NGL.js by rebuilding it with the most recent version of NGLviewer that this fixed the problem, so hopefully this can be done in the main package too as I'm currently using my local version.

Would you have an example of a .cif file or PDB number that doesn't work?

yup basically anything that doesnt have a legacy file - 3J9M is one.
