Enhancements for the Translation System in DISCOVER Cookbook

I want to suggest improvements to the proposed idea in the ideas list of GSOC 2025: Translation System for the DISCOVER Cookbook.

Crowdsourced feedback and voting system for community-driven translations
Some translations might be low-quality, but only a few reviewers check them and there might be no easy way for users to suggest improvements or vote on the best translations.

SOLUTION: Allow users to vote on translations and suggest improvements like Stack Overflow’s voting system.

Step 1: Add Voting on Each Translated Paragraph
Users can upvote or downvote a translation.
Poorly rated translations are sent for review automatically.

Step 2: Inline Commenting System
Users can leave comments on specific sentences for improvement.

Step 3: Translation Approval Workflow
Highly rated translations get auto-approved.
Low-rated ones stay in "Needs Review" mode until a human reviewer fixes them.
