Valid transactions are queued in the txpool

Hello, we are actually encountering an issue on our nodes bsc-erigon. The issue is on the send part. This issue occurs on two nodes (two different instances running on different physical hardware)

Expected behaviour

I want to broadcast a transaction on the network when it is valid

Actual behaviour

The transaction is blocked in the txpool in the queued category

Seem 0xdb13b072b1f88bbd0f362a465846cc980ccf046c don't have enough balance?

It's an old transaction that we have found stuck in the txpool. But 0xdb13b072b1f88bbd0f362a465846cc980ccf046c had enough balance when he tried to send the first one if I am not mistaken.
The node is not supposed to reject the transaction as invalid if the balance isn't sufficient ?

Seem it won't reject, it will demote to the queue pool
