Update to R 4.5.2

R 4.5.3 is due for release on Feb 28, 2026. Once that happens, update py-rocket to use 4.5.2 in the https://github.com/rocker-org/rocker-versioned2.

Note py-rocket-base is always one sub version behind CRAN to ensure package stability and posit repository pinning.
