Tasks for updating py-rocket

• Get jupyter-quarto extension working
• Update the xarray packages and Zarr to 3+. Though sounds like from Emilio that there were some issues with Zarr 3+?
• Update Panalopy to new url as they update
• Update to latest rocker-geospatial

Update the xarray packages and Zarr to 3+. Though sounds like from Emilio that there were some issues with Zarr 3+?

The zarr < 3 need came up with two packages. One of them was https://parcels-code.org, a package we added for OHW-es. The other one may have been xarray, but I don't remember for sure and don't have a clean record. What led me to pin to zarr<3 was that a zarr dependency pinning on one of those packages was not being respected, so I had to force it.

The other thing that comes to mind is that the Zotero desktop shortcut is added even when I remove the installation of Zotero, b/c the desktop shortcut is installed upstream of the Zotero deb installation (in pyrocket-base, maybe). I think this was true of the Panoply shortcut, too, but I'm not 100% sure.

I'll have to look at my notes to see if there was anything else. Not sure I can do it before the 24th ...
