[py-rocket](https://nmfs-opensci.github.io/py-rocket-base/) addresses a major barrier for collaboration between Python and R users. It was developed as a collaboration between NOAA Fisheries Openscapes, UC Berkeley, Rocker, NASA Openscapes, 2i2c: Eli Holmes, Carl Boettiger, Luis Lopez Espinosa, Yuvi Panda.
