Describe the bug

If you alter settings in a specific order, you can set custom sensitivity outside the intended guardrails.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a new TT of 105 mg/dL
2. Choose Custom Sensitivity Adjustment
3. Lower to minimum of 15%
4. Increase Target Glucose
5. Notice Sensitivity Adjustment is now lower than the guardrail minimum

Expected behavior

It should always respect the guardrail.
