Description
I am running some TMS-EEG data using the TESA plugin. Another member of my lab uses TESA 1.0.1 while I have been trying to use TESA v.1.1.1. When I remove (-1 to 15) and then interpolate the TMS pulse (cubic 1,1), the signal looks different between these two TESA versions. Given that the functions are the same I am confused why this is happening.
I am doing this step only after epoching (-1.5 to 3) and loading the channel locations.
The signal around the pulse seems to be dramatically different between the two, see the images below, and is affecting my next automatic channel rejection step. I expect it to also drastically change the end signal.
