Cannot connect to the Magstim rapid2

Dear experts,

Here is my unlockcode 7cef-a1211f8f-16.
So I ran the following code with matlab2017b
unlockCode = '7cef-a1211f8f-16';
magstimObj=rapid('COM1','rapid',unlockCode);

However, when I tried to connect the stimulator, I had the following error:
magstimObj.connect()
Warning: Unsuccessful read: The specified amount of data was not returned within the Timeout period..
ans = 0;

magstimObj.remoteControl(true,true)
Undefined function 'flushinput' for input arguments of type 'double'.

We are experiencing a similar issue with our Super rapid system not being able to connect. Our code is identical to yours, Did you manage to solve this issue?

Hi Lena,

You can confirm whether your TTL line is made correctly, resulting in the failure to connect to the machine. You can refer to the developer's article. Brain Stimulation 10.1016/j.brs.2018.05.015.
