[BUG] No way to save changed date and time formats

• This issue is NOT related to rclone (skip if not using rclone)
• I have tested rclone listremotes and rclone lsd remote: on the host and they work
• I have verified the rclone config is mounted into the container
• I have restarted the container after config changes

Bug Description

There is no way save changed date and time formats in the Settings. After logging out and logging again the formats return to the default.
No Save button.
Testing a workaround: changing the date and time formats AND password.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings.
2. Change date and time formats.
3. logout and login again.
4. Formats returned to default again.

Expected Behavior

Date and Time formats survive logouts.

The workaround is NOT working.
A way to reproduce the bug is to stop, then start again the container.
