Add 'Fix archive bit' step to 'Changing microSD cards' guide #255

I followed https://switch.hacks.guide/extras/transfer_sd.html to transfer my data to a new SD card, and was then unable to launch my (legit, owned, installed in OFW SysNAND) games. I kept getting error 2016-1603, and when checking my game data for corruption it said it found corrupted data; it claimed to fix it, but I still wasn't able to launch the games after. Even fully deleting and reinstalling the games didn't fix it.

Running the 'Fix archive bit' was the only thing that fixed this issue for me (credits to BenKay222 on Reddit, thread. I suspect it's because I used MacOS to backup my SD card and move the contents to the new one.

It'd be great if you could add this step to the guide, in case this is a common issue.
