Whitelist server IP needed #892

Hello,
I'm running the nextcloud instance at home. So the server and the client IPs are the same sometimes. Once in a while I get an email about a new login location. When I check th IP it's my own public IP. Is there a way to whitelist the server IP address?
I found another Issue #659. The problem with an IP list is, that it does not work in my case, because my public IP is changing from time to time.
