For a given line and breeding scheme (with any number of mutations, most commonly 1-3) calculate:
- number of breeding pairs
- number of successful matings
- number of offspring of each genotype
- total number of offspring (across all genotypes)
- average litter size
- average litter per pair
- observed mendelian ratio (i.e. proportion of offspring of each genotype)
For the line, there should also be summary statistics across all breeding schemes:
- overall total of offspring of each genotype
- overall total of offspring
