Combine this with the main NIU website

To aid maintainance and discoverability, I think it makes sense to move the info in this website into a section of the main NIU website. Most of it could just be copied and pasted to e.g. Resources.

I'm 50/50, I don't feel particularly strongly either way but the pros/cons I can think of are:

Pros

• everything in the same place (much easier to maintain, people more likely to discover it)

Cons

• the NIU website is already quite busy and this could add clutter
• (assuming) the NIU website purpose is a high-level / general overview of the team, it might be a bit too in-the-weeds. It could make us look more SWC-specific as a lot of the guides are specific to SWC / ceph. For discoverability, the page itself is already linked in the Resources section which seems more in keeping with the high-level overview idea.
• the HowTo page is already quite big, and having the sections on the title bar is nice to help navigation. It might be harder to navigate if it is embedded within a larger site.
