${DOWNLOADS} outside of ${HOME} does not work

Where Firejail retrieves the value for the variable ${DOWNLOADS}, is XDG_DOWNLOAD_DIR, because it does not work for me?

Also I searched in manpages and can't find the full list of variables supported in Firejail profiles. E.g. a VARIABLES section, would be handy.

If I understood this path is hardcoded in a macro, that's explain why it does not work for me. My download dir is outside $HOME.

Not supported by the ${DOWNLOADS} macro.
Not supported by the upstream profiles.
Depending on the exact location it creates extra trouble.
