Add dependency on pycollada? #628

Rather than just throw up a PR, I wanted this one to be up for discussion first.
Right now, Viser depends on the trimesh package for mesh loading; however, I just went down this massive rabbit hole debugging DAE file loading, and we found that in some cases you also need a pycollada install: stack-of-tasks/pinocchio#2829
This could be handled either by adding pycollada itself to viser's deps, or by switching the dep to trimesh[easy] which itself pulls pycollada (among other features).
Do you think this is worthwhile to incur here?
