Which docker image to use?

This is my workflow file as follows, can someone help me out on what Dockerfile (docker image) to use. I tried using the node:16-buster-slim but it's throwing an error. I don't have much space on my disk to use the docker image that is about 18GB.
any help would be appreciated.

medium docker images made by me have docker-cli and should be just few GBs in size
