Drag and drop of positioned objects should be restored

Drag and drop functionality that existed in the old version of the software and was done with the jQuery UI library, was removed. Drag and drop for positioned objects ( absolute, relative or fixed ) should exist again but this time done with vanilla Javascript, to avoid any dependencies.
