Currently we have a request for new docs & report a bug issues, but don't have general feedback or suggestions issue. As we are making improvements to docs.near.org, this issue category could be helpful for collecting additional feedback & suggestions.
This PR also removes the EPIC template as we can better manage organizational / sprint processes with the DevRel internal team.
