Improve documentation about Jetstream max disk/mem storage

I've been dealing with uploads to object storage failing for superseding the account limits and couldn't figure out why, until I've noticed that the limit was reached at 1/3 of the configured max storage. The stream replica was set to 3.
Looking back I think this makes perfect sense, but it should be documented because it may be unexpected.
