Save selected language in localStorage

Whenever the user selects a language, the selection should be saved so that we can redirect the user to the correct locale automatically. Each respective locale can be loaded by appending either `en` or `se` directly after the domain name, i.e: `<domain>.se/en/admin/<route>`.
