Add storybook for documenting components

I have added a bunch of different generic base components, i.e. buttons, input fields, modals, dialogs, etc. There is currently no good documentation about the available props and usage for each of these components (other than a selected few that has inline comments). To make it easier to use, we should document all of them using Storybook.
