fix(map): Sahara now follows real Morocco-Mauritania border, not an L-shape

Previous fix put a straight vertical east border at -8.67°W meridian
plus a straight horizontal parallel at 21°N, which turned the Western
Sahara into a boxy L-shape that looked nothing like the real country.

The actual Morocco-Mauritania border (as claimed by Morocco) is a
straight diagonal from the tripoint (27.28°N, -8.67°W) down to the
Choum bend (21.33°N, -13°W), then a short segment along the parallel
to Cap Blanc. Path now uses 5 diagonal points followed by a shorter
parallel segment, matching the wedge shape everyone knows from Google
Maps and official Moroccan cartography.
