Code cleanup and now includes a new CLI arg

Add the address to lookup as a CLI arg for easier bash scripting of multiple locations:

weather "1600 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, DC 20500"

This made it easier for me to lookup the several locations I monitor for work.
