We will use tags extensively to facilitate matchmaking between project collaborators.

Tag-tags

Tags will themselves have tags.

Tags to do with skills for example, should have a self-reportable experience rating. When I tag myself with 'open source', I should also get to rate that tag for myself as 'very experienced (4/5)'.
