Cards in opening hands have no images in replays

When you first load up a replay, the images of the 5 cards in the hands of each player that did not mulligan don't display at first (including IDs). Card images display for a player if

• The player mulligans
• You progress forward in the replay until the card moves out of hand/HQ then skip back to the start. Cards that had previously moved from hand/HQ will now have the proper image while ones that did not move still don't have one

Card/ID images display if

• You swap to either Corp View or Runner View, then swap back to Spectator View.
