Teferi, Hero of Dominaria out of date

Hello,

We use this service (via https://github.com/pbaranay/django-magic-cards) to collect Oracle text for Judge exams. We noticed that the text for Teferi, Hero of Dominaria, was not updated in MTGJSON even though it has been updated in Gatherer. See the update at http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=443095

It seems that the "up to" was not incorporated in the MTGJSON database during the most recent oracle update: mtgjson/mtgjson@3903f3e

I do not know if any other relevant Oracle text was updated with this most recent set release.

I'll make a note to rebuild that set for you, but I recommend looking into migrating to MTGJSONv4 as V3 has been deprecated
