advance pause issue

I'm using the LA firmware and using octoprint to control my printer. as of recent i been having issue to where anytime the printer is pause either from screen of the printer to controlling it remotely from octoprint the extruder will stop moving. it'll hover over the print and extrude and print but once it drops back to the original height of the print the extruder will stop moving but no errors or anything happens it will continue like if the extruder is moving and finish the print. but if you stop the print and command the extruder to move it will move no problem and yes the steps are right it moves like 99mm out of 100 i command. i cant us sd card bc mine stop reading any sd card even the original sd card that came with the printer wont read. anything i can do?

There could be a conflict between the embedded pause routine and Octoprint's routine. This firmware only needs a simple M25 command to perform an advanced pause. Check that the park position is set correctly.

okay i will look into that and another thing i notice is when it resumes print its the same level as it was printing than it will lift up than print than go back down to normal height once it goes back to the original spot it lifted from. is this normal or is there a way to make it not lift up and just resume normally?
