Bed leveling ender 3v2 skr mini 3e v3 not leveling properly

So with my Ender 3v2. I am trying to level the bed I first manually level the bed and it shows correct. then auto home and then it changes the settings on the Z axis to 5. I adjust it in the offset to ensure it is positioned correctly while printing. But then I print, and it is scraping the bed. And any adjustments in the z offset I make in the negative show as a positive on the z axis. I have been trying to get it right but still will not work. Most of the troubleshooting I looked up is from 3 to 4 years ago or more. With no new updates that are current. pls help
