need help with ubl/abl

hello i need some help with probe usage in this firmware. whatever i do cant make it work right. im about to give up.

have 3 ender3s here. one is old ender3 with custom marlin firware works fine with abl. one ender3 v2 with abl mriscoc firmware and one near stock ender3 v2 neo. for some years i keept using the old ender v2 mriscoc firmware with bed is solidly mounted with bolts.

im trying to make v2 neo work with latest stable firmware. it works fine if tram it manually with paper but then the probe mesh data is all over. and if i trust the probe data for tramming it doesn't print right. i tried to edit the firmware for abl its the same result. used start gcode for abl probe, moved the bed right side down a bit intentionally and tried to print trusting probe data didint work.

then i returned back to official release trying to make it work. i create a new mesh at the right temps after tramming the bed but probe data is used wrong i believe.

its better but not perfect still probe data didn't applied right i believe.

something is wrong. whatever i do i cant make the mesh and probe data work right. i tried abl version old version new version all the same. every bolt screw belt tension v-rollers and such checked tightened everything is nice and working like new. disabled hs mode in crtouch its not that either checked the sensor it works fine and solidly mounted. using glass bed which is not super warped or anything its flat as it can be.

what am i doing wrong? pls help with this ender 3 v2 neo

old v2 is similar as well cannot trust probe data unless i perfectly tram the bed and lock it with bolt mods at this point.

Since the bed tramming wizard shows a bad tramming message when you have a probated good manual bed tramming, it seems to be a problem with the x-rail being slightly twisted. There have been some discussions about this on the github such as #614 (comment)

ok checking it right now. i checked the x rail and wheels and all that but thank you will focus there

loosened z axis rollers, checked probe mount, re checked probe nozzle offset same results. how can probe gets wrong heights on right side super weird.... trammed with probe assist, prints right side a bit far from nozzle again

i just dismantled x 2020 extrusion to check for twists and defects. it all seems fine used a mirror. so its not that either. wheels are ok as well. ill put everything back together and will give it another i guess. the part i dont understand is how can it shows wrong data in tramming with probe data. if it uses probe data to print when i change the tramming manually shouldnt it break it all again?

open to suggestions. say switch to abl use this in your gcode and such i will try. printer is fine mechanically.
