Ender 3 v2 Just Updated the firmware

Hello!

I am new to 3D printing and just trying to figure this all out. I recently upgraded to the Sprite direct drive extruder and CR Touch and updated the firmware. I just got the Esteps calculated and entered.

What should I do next? I did the auto mesh leveling and it isn't reading the front zones as it is reading off the bed...

I tried to do a test print of the calibration cube but when it started the extruder wasn't close enough to the bed.

Very new to all this. Any help is very much appreciated. I would even be willing to do a discord call or something if that is needed.
