You use wrong FW. You should use T13 FW "Ender3V2-422-BLTUBL-T13-MPC-20240127.bin" |

I'm trying to tune in my new extruder and it has worked in all other aspects of this Printer. When I tried to run the calibration, the screen states "cooling to ambient" but that's it. I've put an extra fan blowing on the head. It's at 31*C and still stating "cooling to ambient".
I have restored default settings and also reflashed the software. I have the 4.2.2 Board and CR Touch setup. I used "
Ender3V2-422-BLTUBL-MPC-20240125.bin " which should be the correct firmware for my hardware. Everything else works but MPC autotune.
One note, this procedure worked perfectly on the original extruder that came with this printer. Once I installed the Sprite, it killed this feature. Let me know what you need from me. I'll list relevant details below.
Octoprint - Raspberry pi
Ender 3 V2 - Sprite Extruder Pro
MRISC Professional 2.1.3
