Ender 3 Pro with SKR Mini E3 V2

Would you mind to creat a repo for Ender 3 pro or can I use your current repos?

I have a modified Ender 3 Pro. Direct drive with BMG extruder, SKR Mini E3 v2 board and TFT35 touchscreen and a runout sensor. I also have a BL Touch on it but I have some issue about setting the probe offset. I was using manual MBL, after installing bl touch I'm using ABL bilinear now but every new print my probe offset gets ruined even it is set to the right value.

I trying to tune settings but failed to solve my issue. (MarlinFirmware/Marlin#23781)
These are my latest config files. I also looked to your config files and noticed that you are using classic jerk instead of JD.
I also had issue with LA with JD, therefore I can not use LA as well. Whenever I use LA, prints are too bad quality and extruder motor is making weird noises. I saw lots of complaints about the same issue on several platforms. Do you use LA with classic jerk w/o any issues? What about corner quality?

Hi, I don't use Linear Advance, I have an incompatible board, but I read that there are some conflicting settings, for example: MarlinFirmware/Marlin#14728
Be sure that you disable ABL before trying to adjust the z-offset. Currently the Professional Firmware is not compatible with the SKR boards and touch screens, mainly because I don't have similar hardware to test.
