Configuration for sitemap icons

The plugin generates the sitemap with a default icon at present. Two options to make this configurable:

1. Plugin configuration for a default icon to be used in sitemap.kml/georss - difficult to make this different per-namespace, though.

2. Plugin configuration for the name of a media file to be used as the icon in each namespace. Then the user could upload a different icon for each namespace, or just have one in the root for all namespaces.

I'd prefer option 2, since it would mean that each namespace could appear differently in the maps, and you could differentiate between different categories of geotags in the same visualisation.

The spatialhelper plugin generates the kml and rss based on the spatial index in the wiki and the page metadata, the spatial index has no way of knowing which icon to use, but a way to get this to work is to have the geotag add the icon to the page metadata when rendering:

having a setting per namespace can be a challenge to code but would be a nice enhancement.
