Consider exposing all question statuses inside the question metadata section

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Sign in to SUMO with an account that has the necessary perms of locking, archiving and marking a question reply as the solution.
2. Navigate to any community forum posted question.
3. Mark a question reply as the solution
4. Click on the "Lock this question" option from the "Question Tools" section.
5. Click on the "Archive this question" option from the "Question Tools" section.

Expected behavior
"Solved", "Locked" and "Archived" statuses are displayed inside the question metadata section.

Actual behavior
Only one question status is displayed.
