Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a community forum (e.g: https://support.allizom.org/en-US/questions/all)
2. Observe a question that also has a reply.

Expected behavior
The asked by and replied by information can be easily differentiated.

• The content should be properly aligned.
• The replied by information should also have the replied string even on smaller devices.

Actual behavior
The asked by and replied by information cannot be easily differentiated.
